Unleashing the gains

Welcome to my fitness blog. The purpose of this blog is to share some of my favorite exercises for optimal muscle growth. I want to share my personal experiences in the gym and provide tips for strength performance and muscle development.

I started lifting when I was 15 years old, and to say the least, it has been a journey. Lifting taught me so many important life lessons like dedication and discipline. These things factor my day to day life.

My physique was something I was insecure about in the past. I once hated going to the gym; but found my love for it when I started figuring out optimal and fun exercises. I started to progress faster, and that's when I became obsessed with the gym. I was seeing growth, and ever since then, I have chased self-improvement through the gym, leading to becoming a better person in other ways.

Learning how to lift correctly takes years, and even then, you always find new ways to improve. You are not going to be perfect the first couple months. If you think its gonna be easy you might as-well not start. Lifting takes consistency and discipline. It will take while to even notice the smallest changes; it's a grind. 

I hope to give current or future lifters new exercises and ideas they can do in everyday workouts. Even if you don't go to the gym, I hope to inspire you guys to take this information and optimize your beginner lifting experiences. once you start theirs no going back, it will dramatically change your life.

Some exercises are inspired by JPG coaching and Alex Eubank; they are social media influences that have taught me great techniques. Other ideas have come from my personal experiences in the gym and what has worked for me. I want to help you find the best exercises for yourself allowing you maximize your workouts.
